Our Services

Each service is one we can explain in plain words. Fees for all of them are covered on the How fees work page.

  • Grey round armchairs and a pouf by a frosted window with a potted palm

    Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions at a pace you set. Your clinician draws on approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, somatic work and mindfulness, and explains the method before you start.

    • Worry and panic

    • Low mood and low energy

    • Life changes and identity

    • Self-esteem and personal growth

  • A woman in a plaid blazer talks with her hands while another woman listens with a clipboard

    Couples & Relationship Counseling

Relationships are where many of us learn the most about ourselves. Our couples clinician draws on the Gottman Method to help partners understand conflict, rebuild trust and talk to each other differently.

    • Communication and conflict

    • Trust after a rupture

    • Before a marriage or commitment

    • Closeness and connection

  • Three women laugh together in warm light

    Family Therapy

Families are complex systems. We help families change how they talk to each other through a move, a divorce, a blended household or another change.

    • Parents and adult children

    • Blended family changes

    • Roles and boundaries at home

    • Loss and grief as a family

  • Two women talk across a round coffee table in a bright loft with a grey sofa

    Group Sessions

There is something in being heard by others who understand. Our facilitated groups give people a regular place to practice honest contact and be heard.

    • Ongoing process groups

    • Grief and loss support

    • Social ease groups

    • Community circles

  • Two women talk on a grey sofa, one holding a phone

    Somatic & EMDR Therapy

Trauma is held in the body as well as the mind. Using EMDR, somatic experiencing and nervous-system pacing techniques, your clinician moves at your speed and explains each step. Trauma work can stir up difficult feelings, and you can stop at any time.

    • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

    • Somatic Experiencing

    • Trauma-informed pacing

    • Skills for calming the body

  • Two wingback armchairs by a bright window surrounded by hanging and potted plants

    Community Workshops

Our monthly workshops bring people together to learn practical skills for emotional wellness, boundary-setting, mindful communication and collective care. They are not therapy.

    • Emotional literacy

    • Boundary-setting skills

    • Mindful communication

    • Collective care practices

How It Works

Your journey with us

From first message to a steady rhythm, each step is plain and your clinician sets the pace.

  1. A leather notebook and pencil beside a cup of coffee and a cream flower on a linen cloth
    01

    Reach out

Send a message or call. Tell us how you plan to pay and we will suggest a clinician.

  2. Overhead view of a cup of black coffee on a green notebook with a pen on a wooden table
    02

    Fit call

A 15-minute call to see whether we are a fit. It is not therapy or an assessment.

  3. A woman in a blue shirt writes on a clipboard while a client, seen from behind, sits facing her
    03

    First session

A conversation about what you want from therapy and the pace you prefer.

  4. A single sprout pushing up from dry soil
    04

    A steady rhythm

We settle on how often to meet and review it together as you go.
