Our Story

Rooted in community, growing together

Fen Therapy began with a simple idea: people do better when care is built around their relationships and their community. Like a fen, where many kinds of life share one wet ground, our practice brings clinicians with different training under one roof.

We meet you where you are, explain how each kind of session works, and set the pace with you.

  • Licensed in Oregon: two psychologists, a marriage and family therapist and a clinical social worker

  • Couples and family therapy

  • Somatic and EMDR sessions

  • Group sessions beside individual therapy

Our Philosophy

What guides our work

We approach therapy not as a set of techniques applied to problems, but as a deeply relational encounter. Like a fen — a place where water, earth, and life converge — we create space where all parts of you can coexist.

  • A woman in a white shirt talks on a grey sofa with a woman seen from behind

    Relational Depth

Healing happens in connection. We show up fully — not hiding behind clinical distance, but meeting you with genuine warmth and presence.

  • Cupped hands hold a pile of sprouting seeds

    Embodied Wisdom

The body holds what words cannot. We honor your whole self — thoughts, feelings, and sensations — as sources of insight and healing.

  • A couple holding hands sit at a table and listen to someone off camera

    Collective Growth

We believe healing extends beyond the therapy room. Community, relationships, and shared experience are powerful sources of strength.
